Air Force Secretary recommends testing nonlethal weapons in US riot control before deploying them overseas.
Frankly, I've got to disagree, especially because of the way the headlines on this are being written. And because some of the military-grade nonlethals are not the kind of thing you could deploy reasonably in a crowd-control situation.
